Who We Are

United Building Services, Inc. is a Native American Woman Owned small business. This is so important in modern times, that this community looks out for, and helps promote businesses like United Building Services. It is a local company, living and working in town since 2010, we grow with our community. The Native American owner; Shannon Anderson was fascinated with building, remodeling, installing and assisting her Grandfather, an engineer, with re-piping homes, installing roofing shingles, framing windows, and adding room additions. He would teach her how to work on machinery, and that hard work and dedication can help you achieve your goals. She learned how to maintain and repair vehicles from her dad. The two men taught her an unprecedented work ethic, which bleeds into this company everyday. Shannon later went on to become a contractor, and has worked on thousands of homes in the valley. When she founded United Building Services, Inc. she turned her passion into a business reality. Our team of dedicated, hard working builders, will make you proud, by showing up on time, and setting standards, and meeting expectations of customer service. Our team is always looking to grow, between training, instructing, and hiring, we will achieve this.

United holds 3 licenses with the California State License Board:

General B for home remodels (kitchen, baths, painting, flooring, roofing, electrical, room additions or Additional Dwelling Units.

C36 Plumbing license. Showers, angle stops, sinks, faucets, copper pipe replacement, pex lines, water heaters, tankless water heaters, drains, toilets, and repipes or reroutes. We do it all.

C61/D64 - Water Damage Remediation license. If your home is affected by water, mold or fire, our team of LICENSED restoration professionals have been to school and performed 3,000 water damage restoration remodels. Drying a home, preventing or cleaning up mold, remodeling after a fire, it all requires a license. Any time you alter a home and charge a customer $500 or more including materials, you are REQUIRED by California law to hold a valid contractor license. OTHERWISE you are liable for a fine, jail time and cannot actually collect from the client. This is why you must be vigilent and check your contractor or handyman to see if they have a license! Any demolition to the structure, painting, tearing a sink out, a cabinet, carpet, baseboard, a toilet ANYTHING that alters the structure must be done by a professional holding a license if they charged you more that $500 in labor AND materials.
